MrSpeedy operated 24hrs a week. You can book a delivery anytime, anywhere.
- What area does MrSpeedy cover?
MrSpeedy delivers within Metro Manila.
- How is MrSpeedy different from other couriers?

- How can I order delivery service via MrSpeedy?
You can place orders in 2 ways namely through the website or contact our customer service.
- Can I specify the delivery schedule?
Yes. When you fill out the order form, you can choose the delivery schedule as per your requirement.
- Can I send to multiple addresses in a single order?
Yes. You can save more when booking to multiple addresses at once.
- What can I send via MrSpeedy?
MrSpeedy can send documents or packages that do not exceed the max size of 70 cm (length) x 50 cm (width) x 50 (height) and maximum weight is 20 KG for delivery by motor. MrSpeedy does not accept shipping that requires refrigeration or special handling, jewelry, cash, or other items prohibited by applicable law in the Philippines.
- I already made a booking but why not get a courier?
Our system selects the courier closest to you and with the highest rating. Depending on location, time and route, courier search takes from 5 - 30 minutes.
- Can I track the delivery process?
You can track the delivery process through the website or through the application. After delivery is sent you will receive an SMS.
- What if the submission is not resolved?
Mr.Speedy's courier prioritizes professional delivery settlement and will contact the recipient for confirmation of the shipment. When delivery is not completed, it will be sent back to the sender.
- What if there is damage to the goods, how can I claim it?
We always make sure your delivery will be in good condition. In case of damage, you can report to our customer service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call/SMS our customer service lines. Customer is required to store the item and send the report within 48 hours after delivery is completed.
- In the meantime, payments are made through cash and you can directly pay to the courier directly.
